Beta Tester Terms

• This first beta is open to UK-based residents only.
• You must be 18 or older to take part.
• You must accept the Privacy Policy and these Beta Tester Terms to apply.

Spots are limited. We review applications on a rolling basis and selection is manual and not guaranteed. If you are not selected for this cohort, you can stay on our future cohort and launch list.

Selected testers receive the beta serum and usage instructions at no cost, subject to final wording. The product is a cosmetic / wellness product for everyday skincare use. It is not a medical treatment, and nothing in the program is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or a claim of medical efficacy.

• The beta runs for 4 weeks.
• Selected testers are asked to follow the usage and feedback protocol.
• We collect consumer-perception feedback at baseline, week 2, and week 4.
• Honest feedback is always welcome — there are no “right” answers.

Shipping and participation details are collected only after you are selected, through a secure link we email you. Delivery details and any limitations will be confirmed before you accept your place.

You can withdraw from the beta at any time by emailing hello@nishlabs.com. Withdrawing will not affect any other relationship with NishLabs.

Any testimonial or user-generated content permission is entirely separate from these terms and is only requested after you have finished testing. Taking part in the beta never requires you to provide a testimonial.
