Each night of use

1) Cleanse and pat skin dry.
2) Apply one patch to your target zone.
3) Wear for 20–30 minutes (or overnight).
4) Remove and follow with moisturiser.

Where to place it

Place the patch on the area that feels most irritated, congested, or sensitive that week (jawline, chin, lower cheek, or T-zone). Move placement only if your problem zone changes.
